If I could give it a minus 1 star I would. They gave me a gate code that didn’t work at all. I called their customer service they gave me 2 more codes that didn’t work at all then they had the audacity to tell me they were putting in a ticket for the gate meanwhile I was sitting at the entrance with a U-Haul ready to store my items. I had to call back again to speak with supervisor and took their sweet time responding. They had ZERO sense of urgency. Sam helped me with everything that I needed. She was very patient with me due to myself being a first time customer. She provided top notch service for me today. She even helped me out online with filling out my information.

I recently shared a negative review because I was going through an issue that seemingly was not getting resolved. I was still making payments for a unit I could not access. I kept calling customer service and was getting nowhere until I was finally reached out to by Tony, a manager who actually understood my frustration and did everything in her power to alleviate the situation.
