Sam Aquino, was so patient, helpful and kind on the phone! She stayed on the phone with me, walked me through my paperwork. I'm thankful for her! Big time! I've never done business here before. This will be my first go. SO FAR the 5 stars are based on Sam, time will tell with the rest.
When I need to make a payment on my storage unit. Mika was able to assist and go beyond helping me with my account. Customer service was excellent. Look forward to continuing working with them in the future...
If I could give it a minus 1 star I would. They gave me a gate code that didn’t work at all. I called their customer service they gave me 2 more codes that didn’t work at all then they had the audacity to tell me they were putting in a ticket for the gate meanwhile I was sitting at the entrance with a U-Haul ready to store my items. I had to call back again to speak with supervisor and took their sweet time responding. They had ZERO sense of urgency.
