Sam Aquino, was so patient, helpful and kind on the phone! She stayed on the phone with me, walked me through my paperwork. I'm thankful for her! Big time! I've never done business here before. This will be my first go. SO FAR the 5 stars are based on Sam, time will tell with the rest.
Angela was excellent helped us set up our storage and made sure we got the discounted rate. Topnotch service!! She is always helpful and pleasant.
If I could give it a minus 1 star I would. They gave me a gate code that didn’t work at all. I called their customer service they gave me 2 more codes that didn’t work at all then they had the audacity to tell me they were putting in a ticket for the gate meanwhile I was sitting at the entrance with a U-Haul ready to store my items. I had to call back again to speak with supervisor and took their sweet time responding. They had ZERO sense of urgency. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience working with Patricia! She made reserving a storage unit quick and easy, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to rent a unit !
I appreciate the professionalism of the people in their call center. In particular, Ruth was recently very helpful in arranging for me to regain access to my unit after the key to a padlock was lost.
