This is concerning my wife's surgical experience. Kim RN in pre-op was absolutely amazing. So caring and attentive to her needs especially her pain. The anesthesiologist I don't remember his name was very nice. Took the time to explain everything in detail. He appeared to be in no rush to explain everything fully and answered all her questions fully. We both are RNs and fully know when a Doctor is in a hurry or just going through the motions. I have never been in a emergency room like this one. Everyone so kind,timely and respectful. If I could give a ten I would have. I was treated so wonderfully that it brings tears to my eyes. I want to give thanks to Katie,Nik,Tori,Jason,Linda,JT,Mikayla,and Dr Pultinas. This is a great group of people, you guys do work beyond you position. Thank you so much for caring about me.
I felt like a review for the surgery, anesthesia, and PACU groups was necessary. I can’t remember everyone’s names but from the pre op staff answering questions, to the anesthesia groups service, Dr. Holland, to the wonderful pacu staff. I had the most pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone that helped me through my surgery. 100% recommend.
My father went in for a suspected stroke, he was evaluated immediately with all the appropriate imaging. The staff and physician were extremely kind, service was extremely prompt. Also, the facility is amazing! Would recommend 10/10
The staff here is amazing. I really felt seen and heard as I waited I. My husband’s surgery. Everyone was kind and helpful. I completed one if the “bee” forms to recognize excellent service. My only suggestion would be to have a QR code for those forms.
