If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went in for back pain. Believe I have a herniated disc. The resident seemed attentive yet she wasn’t focused on my back pain but my blood pressure. I get and understand that high blood pressure is serious however when someone is in pain their blood pressure goes up. The Doctor comes in says take medication and keep moving. I've gone to this ER twice. I moved from NYC to Columbus and the wait times are exceptionally short compared to other large cities. In NYC on fast track, it's a 3 hour wait. I was In and out within an hour both times. Very nice doctors and nurses.
I will never go back here again! 1 person in the lobby in front of us and we sat there for 1 1/2 hours to get a room. Waited for another hour and a half for them to send us home with a prescription for 1 tube of cream. My son is 250 lbs. and 5ft 10inches. With a rash from neck to ankle from an allergic reaction. They want me to apply this 1 tube of cream 2x’s a day for 10 days! 1 TUBE!!! Then I call and talk to someone about getting more tubes 3 hours after leaving and the lady tells me if it’s that bad then he probably need... read more
I used to pick this place over all others to get looked at for any major concerns I had. The staff here is incredible until Sunday (12/1). I was seen for chest pain, thinking something was wrong with my heart. The nurse that was there to draw blood was so very kind but could NOT get blood without hurting me. She poked me several different times, having me in tears even though I complained about how she was hurting me. She would NOT stop. After she FINALLY got an IV started and got my labs, she left. Had an awful experience at this er. Got completely brushed off even though I had been here twice prior in the past month due to kidney infection. Got told my kidney pain was inflammation despite having numerous tests off. I came in a squad and asked if they could call me a taxi as I had no transportation home. The nurse told me yes she would give me a card for provide a ride through my insurance. I told her that twice provide a ride left me stranded she acted like she didn't believe me and told me all they have was bus passe... read more
