My daughter was admitted to Mount Carmel Grove city Ohio Thursday, February 12 through The 19th. I cannot remember all the nurses and doctors names, but what I do remember is how wonderful and attentive everybody was we were on 7th Floor room 7008. Well educated and on top of their game . The staffs attitude sucked . The blanket they gave me was covered in poop . The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned or swept since the dawn of time. U will wait for hours just to be pushed out to the lobby to wait some more. This emergency room clearly doesn't care about sick people as walking into the lobby will make u sick all by itself. I highly suggest going to the er on stringtown Rd it's only 5 mins away u will be seen immediately, be put in a sterile clean environment and treated like an actual human being.

The ER at Mount Carmel has truly wonderful people — they were so kind, informative, and very patient-centered. I went there with severe abdominal pain, and despite it being the Thanksgiving holiday, they took great care of me. I’ve always had doubts about the American ER and the healthcare system, but this experience was genuinely compassionate, professional, and reassuring. Thank you for treating your patients with dignity and for providing clear information during painful moments

This place was amazing. From the check-in staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was super nice. The only issue I had was they wouldn't let me come back to see my wife after surgery was complete......had to wait almost 2 hrs post surgery to see her when they wheeled her out to the car. Also, just like all hospitals, the food prices are outrageous

I was there for a week with pancreatitis & swollen liver. The doctors and nurses were AMAZING. They were patient, kind, really helped me through the tears, the terrible pain, and the nights where I had zero sleep. 10/10 on treatment & staff. (Special should out to Aimee C) and all the day time/nighttime nurses.
