If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. Mt. Carmel Heart and Vascular operates more like a high-volume corporate factory than a patient-centered medical facility, and unfortunately, the quality of care — including from Dr. Ravipati — reflects that. From the moment you try to contact them, it’s clear that efficiency and profit are valued over patient care. I love ❤️ this place the people are very nice and my nurse is kelly and she is excellent nurse practition. I couldn asked for better person. They really care.
The doctor and my nurses were fantastic! I really felt like they were all listening and cared about their patients. They were super knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on some heart things I didn't even know lol. Even though my EKG was good the doctor took the extra time to listen to my heart and check my pulse, and he could hear a murmur (which he took the time to explain). They gave me a monitor to track my episodes and got me scheduled for an echo as an extra measure. ♥️ Thank you so much!
Dr. Jones and his entire team couldn't have been nicer or more compassionate. He explained everything in laymen's terms and was very calm and generally concerned with how my wife was doing. The surgery went very well and the results are amazing! Also, Scott, the PA, was Superb in his role with follow up care. Every person on the team kept us well informed during the process. Would recommend them to anyone.
They do not listen to you any of your concerns I had to switch doctors because my concerns was not being met and they’re rude. Talk down to you I would not recommend them.
