I visited the walk-in clinic today , checked in just over 30 minutes before close, waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room only for the physician to come tell me she doesn’t have time to see me. Hugely disappointed in Mount Carmel for this kind of care , and lack of morality/empathy. As a physician , when someone is symptomatic and reaches out for the services that you’re offering- it’s very disheartening to have them tell you that they don’t have time. SHAME.
Disappointed in lack of response. Was given a referral after being seen in emergency room. Told someone would be in contact in 1-2 days. I have left 2 messages and its 6 days later and still know response.
