Poor care of schedules, poor communication, poor accountability for their mistakes, do not take accountability especially when the use their own personnel. They contract to other places like San Onassis who are wonderful home care, DO NOT USE MT CARMEL HOME CARE you have a choice and a voice to request another home care service. Insanity! Do not use any of their home care services. These people could care less. Horrific if you ask me!
Working with Wambui and Ashley has been a fantastic experience, they were both very attentive to my needs and my limits. If ever I need therapy again I hope I can work with them. It's been a pleasure ladies, thank you for all your work.
Please give a huge shout out to Ashley, John and rest of team. They have been great when it comes to scheduling visits. They also seem vested in my recovery I could not picture having any better group for my care. Make sure to pass on my feelings.
I just had my last session with Mt. Carmel Home Care today and I must say that the whole experience was amazing! Wambui, Kelly and John were warm, personable and a joy to have in my home. They were considerate of my circumstances and created a program for me to increase my core strength and improve my balance.
