As it is a pretty new facility at this point, there are some things that are wonderful, beautiful facility, very landscaped. Of course, everything is nice and crisp and new. The only thing that I found that is needed at this point is signs indicating the various different services. I came to get a mammogram today. I parked in the parking lot. I have had checkups and health services at several Mount Carmel offices and facilities since moving to Dublin, Ohio. I must say, the kindness and care I received at Mt. Carmel Emerald Parkway this week was hands down the most warm, welcoming and professional experience I have had since becoming a patient! Very friendly staff with an easy check-in system and minimal if any wait time. The new medical center is modern and well appointed with plenty of parking.

The staff was great and very helpful. The signage in the parking lost and directions I followed were terrible. GPS couldn't figure it out and I suggest if you have an appointment for a test or something that you get very clear directions on which door to actually enter?.
