Remember that BMV scene from Zootopia with the sloths moving at glacial speed? I’m convinced this must be the staff’s favorite movie, because they seem to re-enact that scene on a daily basis. My visit felt like a marathon of waiting, 20 to 30 minutes in the lobby, only to be “rewarded” with another 30+ minute intermission in the exam room before anyone appeared. Don't waste your time. Met with Dr. Jolly today as my assigned doctor had no availability. I had significant pain in my shoulder, so my wife scheduled me an appointment. I also had dizziness, so I mentioned that during my visit with Dr. Jolly. As expected, Dr. Jolly gave me a few minutes of her time and gave me a referral to an orthopedic practice. I am not the patient, my husband is. But after seeing how unreliable the doctors are and how rude the scheduling staff are, I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
Never in my life, have I ever been terminated from any doctors office. Dr. Janice Wiggins was my primary physician and I enjoyed having her for the time that I did. Much to my surprise, she has retired and is not there anymore. So there is a new provider and I had an appointment with her to get new treatment for my BP. I ended up missing the initial appointment with her ( since i would be a new patient, to her) and here I am, TERMINATED. This place is a joke. The people who answer the phone are borderline rude. The NP Jill Hill act like she listens to what you have to say but doesn't know much about nothing. Always extremely late to every appointment. Seen her a few times over the last three years and she hasn't helped with any of my concerns. I guess my health issues are too severe for her to comprehend. I wouldn't advise anyone to come here unless you have simple health problems and enjoy mediocrity.
