So I came to Mount Carmel for a check up due to me experiancing symptoms of GERD while taking my Zepbound 15MG when the student (SNP) Student came in to address the issue he was understanding and went back out to Angela Dressler CNP they cameback in and she was like so i hear you have 2 PCP's i said yes i do because if i cant get into my other doctors office i come to Mount Carmel. Dr Sarah Adams is such an amazing physician. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she listens, she cares and she takes the time to ensure you feel you’re getting all your health concerns addressed. I would recommend her to anyone!

My experiences here over the last 3 years include consistent 45-50 minute wait times for 5 minute visits like a flu shot or PPD test placement/read, appointments entered incorrectly in the medical record, prescription dosage mistakes, and what I feel to be generally substandard delivery of care during appointments. I’ve been going to this practice since before it was a part of Mount Carmel Medical Group and it’s always been great. There was a little confusion during the transition from a private practice to a “corporate office” but the care has remained great. Dr. Adams is fantastic. She shows a great deal of compassion and has taken the time to get to know our family as we were “new” to her. She always responds to messages in a timely fashion and is always willing to help with different medical needs when they arise.

Nice people very friendly.i felt very at ease with my dr. She was very nice and knew what she was talking about.In my eyes she saved my life by getting me to a heart dr. I had one artery in my heart blocked 90 percent and in the same artery 70percent block.thank you Dr Tomayo so much
