Dr. Alshalian Was amazing and would recommend him to anyone! I have never had a Dr listen that intently and I honestly felt he cares truly cares about his patients not just as patients but as people. He came in shook my hand while looking me in the eye (I’m old school that really matters) while making sure he didn’t just know our names but even my service dog! He is very intelligent and knows what he is talking about I really think he is amazing, and would definitely recommend him.
I've been seeing Katie Heitkamp cnp for 2yrs now and she is amazing! Very compassionate and provides excellent care!
DO NOT LET THE 4 STAR RATING FOOL YOU. THEY CHANGED LOCATIONS. THEY HAD A 2 STAR RATING AT THEIR OTHER ADDRESS AND LET ME TELL YOU, THEY ARE STILL PROVIDING TERRIBLE HEALTH CARE FOT AN EXTREMLY HIGH PRICE. The worst place to go to!! I saw Dr.Fleshamn and Dr.Van Frossen. I was very unsatisfied with both of my visits. I got charged so much money for visits that were less than 15 mins and charges for so much unnecessary testing. This is trash operation and do not recommend. Their Epic app cannot book appointments. I booked an appointment with a provider that it says is taking new patients, just to be called a couple days later to be told they are not taking new patients. Welcome to healthcare in America…
I’ve had the hardest time dealing with Mount Carmel. There is a high overturn of providers. Times to call are limited so it’s hard to get an appointment scheduled because they stop taking calls at 4 before I am off work. They have an online scheduling platform that hardly allows appointments through. Today (Thursday), I wasn’t able to schedule my daughter online and when I called, they were closed for the holiday which is not til Monday.
