I've been a patient here for many years, but I'm increasingly annoyed, for several reasons. First, while the main doctors are great, there's often too much demand for their time, so you frequently end up with a revolving door of very junior doctors. Second, I went in for my annual physical, they did standard bloodwork, but then somehow the lab messed up the billing so that the insurance wouldn't cover it fully, even though under the Affordable Care Act, the annual physical should be covered at 100%. I only continue to come to this office because they are close in proximity. The front desk is rude, always cutting you off. I think they want patients to utilize the online billing/scheduling and refills but anytime you do this, it’s missed and you have to call in anyway. This has been the case in several instances. I switched my pharmacy to Amazon and getting that office to cooperate was nearly impossible. Last time I needed an RX refill, it was denied. The staff here is friendly and personable, very understanding and considerate of their patients. We were seen in a timely manner and they treated my mother well. Thank you!
I have been seen by both Laurie Simon and Dr. Katel and they are both wonderful providers. I've never had a single issue and they always make sure they covered everything I needed taken care of.
I have been a patient for almost 20 years. Now it is impossible to get an appt With my PCD…. I used to be able to get in When I need to due to illness. Now No unless I see another Dr.., This unacceptable…. And …whoever is answering phone for scheduling Just plain cold…. Let’s improve on this. I think otherwise a great great practice Dr Fate and Dr Boysel Are wonderful..,,,,,, truly gifted physicians. Phone staff needs some work
