Just recently had an appointment yesterday arrived 30 minutes early. The Doctor didn’t even see me until an hour later. I was given a test and was never shared what the results were. The doctor made up a scenario where she said that she explain to me what the results were and that’s not the case. Stated she provided steps to get treatment and that’s not the case. Most unprofessional experience of my life. I came in for a routine yearly appointment, and per usual stepped on the scale like always. I didn’t look at the number and I entered the private room. The nurse, without missing a beat, says: “Oh, looks like someone’s gained weight!”. How inappropriate, inconsiderate, out of touch and weird of a comment to make, as a medical professional — speaking to a patient. What a tasteless and regrettable thing to spit out. This has been terrible. they say they will have your prescription refilled then they don’t do it, it’s near impossible to get them on the line, scheduling an appointment is a month out.
