I have had a few pleasant experiences here lately. The staffing has increased and they appoint availability has increased. I appreciate being treated kindly by everyone and this has been the case over the last month. The cleaning protocols are not strenuously adhered to, as in all my wait I haven't seen anyone cleaning lobby seating after folks get up. Dr. Parizadeh has taken excellent care of my Mother for years now, words cannot express how grateful I am for the care she has received from this practice. Dr. Blakely is just as kind and excellent, going over and above in cases of emergency. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
I would just like to say Dr.Rogan (Rachel) has been The only doctor that has ever listened to me has been the only doctor that’s never gaslit me and has been the only doctor that has ever taken the time. She has been an angel and that’s me not trying to butter her up. I really appreciate her. I’ve been really sick recently and she has helped me with my FMLA. None of these other doctors have helped me.

Every staff member I spoke to was rude and not helpful what so ever. It’s a shame when people are searching for family practitioners and they make it difficult to schedule appointments or even just find a resolution for you if you do have a missed appointment. Definitely beware if you miss an appointment because there will not be any acceptions and they will not allow you to rebook. Live is busy for everyone and things like that should be taken into consideration.
