This place is convenient. You can have your appointment, get your prescription & have bloodwork done next door all at once. You can schedule your appointment online or call. You can send messages to your doctor and get a fairly quick response. The staff has been detailed and professional & kind over the last two years.

Came across this place & was reading through comments and judging by the refusal to see an antivax parent I see a GREAT doctors office. Any office that doesn't feed delusion and help parents neglect their children is a good office in my book. So happy to live in a time of medical advancements. You can't ask a doctor to go against their teachings and medically neglect a child and then expect that doctor to treat your child when they inevitably get tuberculosis, measles and the black death. Thank you mcmg 🫶

I had an appt on June 12th,2025. Dr. Reiner was right on time. I didn't have to wait on his nurse, Tiffany to come in and check my vitals. Dr. Reiner came in right after Tiffany was done with me. That's one of the reasons I like going there. Another reason why I like going there is the self check-in, using the patient kiosk. I also like the patient portal app, TH MyChart. Patients can sign and pay for the appt online. They don't charge patients, until after the appt

Avoid at all costs. My wife was not taken seriously by the first NP she met with here, and after threatening a discrimination complaint, she was placed with a doctor (and was ultimately diagnosed with a long-term serious condition…go figure). Then today, feeling very sick (while immunocompromised), she scheduled an appt at the end of the day only to show up and be told they had actually scheduled her tomorrow instead by mistake and could do nothing to help. Not happy whatsoever. Horrible service from the first phone call all the way to the billing. When I first called, I wanted to make an appointment for 3 of my family members. I gave all the information necessary to make the appointments and when I asked why I couldn't make a three appointments all in one day, I got transferred abruptly and had to restart with a different employee.
