I eneded up switching doctors..Dr Weisenburger was a good doctor but the new people just seem not to care..
I scheduled an appointment online. Several doctors were listed as available and had multiple appointments available. I show up to the appointment and the receptionist has no appointment for me scheduled. I pulled up the confirmation and we both checked it over together to make sure one of us wasn’t missing something. She then had to search me up by name and DOB. This office was outstanding when I seen Nurse Sharon. I had one appointment with “Dr” Patal. I was on 25mg of an SSRI. He gave me 1 month after seeing him. I use this for my ptsd, especially after watching my dad pass away. About a week before my follow up appointment I hit a pothole that totaled my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical exam with a doctor at this facility over an year ago. Despite letting them know multiple times that it was for an annual physical, they billed it incorrectly. I called them multiple times requesting them to correct and re-submit the claim to my insurance provider but they would not listen and kept sending the bill to me. Mount Caramel in Reynoldsburg is the BEST location to go to! The emergency room staff were so amazing. Even from the registry nurse to the doctor that had seen me (I cannot remember his name but he was phenomenal). He explained everything to me... tests, why what happened to me occurred and so much more. Nurses Mary, Annette, and Karen were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable and it truly felt like a family environment. I never leave reviews but I had to.
