I am not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I often felt undermined and not taken seriously, even when I was simply calling to schedule an appointment. Instead of listening and helping with a basic scheduling request, staff would give long lectures, speak in a frustrated and disrespectful manner, and make the entire interaction unnecessarily difficult.
