I scheduled an appointment online. Several doctors were listed as available and had multiple appointments available. I show up to the appointment and the receptionist has no appointment for me scheduled. I pulled up the confirmation and we both checked it over together to make sure one of us wasn’t missing something. She then had to search me up by name and DOB. I eneded up switching doctors..Dr Weisenburger was a good doctor but the new people just seem not to care..
I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical exam with a doctor at this facility over an year ago. Despite letting them know multiple times that it was for an annual physical, they billed it incorrectly. I called them multiple times requesting them to correct and re-submit the claim to my insurance provider but they would not listen and kept sending the bill to me. Mount Caramel in Reynoldsburg is the BEST location to go to! The emergency room staff were so amazing. Even from the registry nurse to the doctor that had seen me (I cannot remember his name but he was phenomenal). He explained everything to me... tests, why what happened to me occurred and so much more. Nurses Mary, Annette, and Karen were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable and it truly felt like a family environment. I never leave reviews but I had to.
Will definitely not be back. Me and my fiance have both been misheard and disrespected. Any information I needed they did not give me information. And now I'm more sick then ever bc they want to put me on two very strong antibiotics.....and before we left, no information was given to me what so ever. I've never been mistreated at any doctor's office or a urgent care like this one. People save your time and go to a place where they will respect you and give you the information you need.
