My time is important and cannot be replaced. I scheduled an appointment weeks ahead and showed up early to check in. After check in I told desk staff that it’s been 25 minutes now (late) and I’m still sitting. I was told I’d be brought back shortly. I eventually go back for vitals after 30 minutes and only took about five minutes. The office is very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Radcliffe is a very caring and thorough doctor. She spends time explaining things and lets the patient ask questions. She does everything possible to find answers to issues. Very good doctor. The office is convenient and has lab on site. The front desk used to have issues, but they have worked hard to fix them. Highly recommend.
Showed up to get vaccines for my 2 year old son 15 minutes early. Waited an hour in the waiting room. Poor communication.
I am seeking a new provider outside of the MCMG system because my experience at this office has been so terrible. They are in desperate need of new administrative staff. I am disappointed because Dr. Guo is an excellent physician, and the assistants/nurses have been great as well. They have insulted me for being on Medicaid in front of other patients (which I've reported to the state). I am only giving this place 3 stars because my twins doctor is amazing! My children have been going here since they were born (years) and I would have liked them to transition to the family doctor. DR. Heintz is amazing and truth be told the office has changed a lot since w. 1st Ave in Grandville. We had an issue once but it was resolved very quickly and I was okay with the outcome.
