disorganized, rude, and unprofessional. i have seen this provider since i was a child and while my doctor herself was fine, mt carmel is run like the board is made up of zoo animals and this location isn’t an exception. i was dismissed as a patient for “missed appointments”, but the issue with this is 1) i never received the letter they say they sent, nor any mychart messages and 2) i was not scheduled on the dates i supposedly missed appointments. i scoured my own records: my mail, my mychart and medical records, but still ... read more
My experience at this location has been fantastic. My appointments have been quick and efficient, with easy parking and check-in. The staff is also very helpful.
I have been coming here for 4 years to see Dr. Siddiqi. I never have a problem seeing someone when I need it, and check-in and wait times are completely reasonable. I send them emails and they always respond within a day or so. When my old insurance company could not reach a Contract agreement to keep this office “in network”, I went through the hassle of switching to another health insurance provider just to be able to continue coming here. I just started as a patient in this clinic, did not have any issues with stuff or doctor. Receptionist was helpful and friendly and Dr. Areeb Sidiqqi as well. I will keep updating this review.
My first time in today. It was good experience. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr was very helpful.
