My mother got a hip replacement here. Beautiful facility with a lot of friendly and wonderful staff members. Everyone from Roxanne at the check-in desk, the cafe and front desk, and of course the doctors and nurses are GREAT!! They put everyone at ease and I can see that they are taking excellent care of my mom (and my dad too). ❤️
Mt. Carmel ER in New Albany is an exceptional ER. The staff and physicians are very friendly and professional. The facilities are first rate and do not require long wait times like other facilities in Central Ohio. As a professional in Central Ohio, I appreciate the exceptional service and care.
My Mom Recently had hip replacement surgery there and I have to tell you that this place was wonderful! Everyone approached you with kindness and a smile. Going in for something like that can be scary. Everyone my mom dealt with from the time she got there until she left was very comforting and making sure she had everything she needed as will with myself, my Dad and Grandfather! The Doctors and Staff are what I would expect if I was going in for something like that.
I had cervical spine surgery here in June 2024 everyone was really nice from the time I walked in the door till the time I was discharged I never met a rude person. I wish every hospitals had this kind of staff. I got excellent care from everyone during my visit. Also the whole place was immaculate as far as being clean. Dr. Berg was also super great and did a great job. This place deserves 10 stars 5 is not enough.
I have mixed emotions. While I worked in the Healthcare field I have never experienced anything like this before. The surgical area was great. The food was above my expectations and delicious, more like good restaurant style food. The nursing care for day of surgery, not very attentive. I told them my son was sick and noone in any hurry to come in the room.
