My first time using new Albany branch was the best experience I have ever had at a hospital facility. I went for a mammogram I was early. Yet they had me in and out before my appointment time. Mindy my mammogram technician was a godsend. Unfortunately I didn't get the person who checked me in. She was very efficient and pleasant. I know she was new. Thats my my only description yet she was great as well. Thank you for the best experience.
This place is empty & fully staffed & still can't get a nurse in here. Im not impressed. The nurse we saw at first was rude & short. A pretty & new building doesn't mean good care.
My mother got a hip replacement here. Beautiful facility with a lot of friendly and wonderful staff members. Everyone from Roxanne at the check-in desk, the cafe and front desk, and of course the doctors and nurses are GREAT!! They put everyone at ease and I can see that they are taking excellent care of my mom (and my dad too). ❤️
My Mom Recently had hip replacement surgery there and I have to tell you that this place was wonderful! Everyone approached you with kindness and a smile. Going in for something like that can be scary. Everyone my mom dealt with from the time she got there until she left was very comforting and making sure she had everything she needed as will with myself, my Dad and Grandfather! The Doctors and Staff are what I would expect if I was going in for something like that.
I had cervical spine surgery here in June 2024 everyone was really nice from the time I walked in the door till the time I was discharged I never met a rude person. I wish every hospitals had this kind of staff. I got excellent care from everyone during my visit. Also the whole place was immaculate as far as being clean. Dr. Berg was also super great and did a great job. This place deserves 10 stars 5 is not enough.
