As a resident of New Albany, I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have this wonderful Mt. Carmel facility in our backyard. I received care there early yesterday morning and it was top notch from start to finish. I was seen quickly. The nurses and aids were kind and the physician, Dr. Mather, was very caring. I cannot thank them all enough. As a faculty member at the Ohio State University College of Medicine, I would not hesitate to bring any member of my family to this wonderful facility in a time of need.

I had my mom bring my dad here because I’ve always had a good experience myself. It was the best decision. The Nurses and Dr was compassionate, helpful and caring. Dr was fast to get the right medication going & helped minimize his pain. He did what he felt was right as well as what myself and my mom felt as well. Truly thankful for them!

I’ve never in my entire life have met a Doctor as kind, gentle, and caring as Dr.Gentile. Gave me the best care, respect, empathy!!! 1000000% recommend!!!! All three Nurses were awesome 👏🏼 above and beyond.

Dr. Thomas was very kind and thorough, and loved the cool, bright yellow shoes! In and out very quickly. Nurses were sweet and caring. Clean, efficient, great location for needed care!

The service is compassionate and the staff is pleasant and professional. They took great care of my mother and I can’t express enough how kind and efficient they are. Everything was clean and service was prompt. Thank you!
