Do NOT come here. Dr Hanco was frustrated with me because I was trying to understand why she wouldn’t help me in a way I needed, especially because insurance will not cover what I need (and she definitely could have helped) so she offered to skip my pap even though my last one was abnormal. Her assistant was rude and the whole office was just a mess. No direction on what to do, where to sit. AVOID if you care about your health and future.
I booked my first appointment to see Dr. Onco and no one communicated to me that the ultrasound was not included. I confirmed with the scheduler I would be 8 weeks the day of my appointment but when I went in to meet the doctor she said we would need to make a separate appointment for the ultrasound. Thankfully they had openings that day but for this first appointment to be a 15 minute meeting with the doctor and does not include an ultrasound is unacceptable. Did not care for my experience with the ultrasound tech Cassidy. Very short and lacked warmth. No personality and made me feel uncomfortable. My sister had same experience with her when she was pregnant.
My wife has been going here for her pregnancy but they refuse to give u an ultrasound after your first trimester. She is curently 37 weeks and they said they have to have a medical reason in order for them to give her an ultrasound even though her insurance will pay for it. The only reason i am giving them 2 stars is because the nurses are nice.
The doctors I have had interactions with have been fantastic, 5 out of 5 stars. Dr. Sarah Russell is incredible and I can’t say enough good things about her. I truly wish I could continue to see her for my care. However, this office is a mess. The communication is awful and it’s evident that nobody at that office besides the doctors and the front desk staff care about the patients. Their nurse line is impossible to reach.
