Terrible communication processes. I was scheduled for an at home sleep study, completed that and returned the equipment. I was told I would have an in person follow up to go over the results of the sleep study and what the next steps are if I needed a Cpap machine, and that they would show me a cpap machine in the follow up. The business day before my follow up I get a phone call stating that my appointment had been cancelled because I hadn’t had my cpap machine for 30 days yet.
