We had an outstanding experience at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s, and a huge part of that was our postpartum nurse, Olivia. I had several imaging tests done here and the experience with the clinical staff was very positive. The technicians were professional, kind, and explained each step clearly, which helped put me at ease. The facility was clean and the imaging process itself was efficient and well organized. The only downside was the check-in process, which felt a bit slow and confusing, with some waiting and unclear instructions. Once I got past that, everything else went smoothly. Had to get a rapid evaluation done here- everybody was professional, and it was a quick process. Blood work, ct scan, and even an EKG was done. I was in and out within 2.3 hrs- for an ER, that's pretty damned good. The doctors were knowledgeable and sincere. The hospital is CLEAN, which earned it the 5th star for me. Do I reccomend this hospital? Yes I do.

The palliative care team was just excellent in caring for my father in his final hours. They were direct with me about his condition and prognosis, which helped me honor his wishes for comfort care. He passed peacefully and with dignity and the entire care team was very sweet, as was the chaplain in explaining the next steps. It made a very difficult situation much better

I want to report negligence by the care team and I am NOT paying my copay. Went into the ER. Told them main concern is my fever that hadn’t went away in 4-5 days and CACKLING IN MY THROAT and chest was hurting due to it. I breathe normally and there’s a wheezing. They did not ONCE look inside my throat or my chest. I need to speak with someone immediately about getting this bill taken off because this is not okay.
