All the staff members demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided outstanding care for my mom. I appreciate when employees exhibit a strong work ethic and take pride in their responsibilities.

I was cared for by an extraordinarily competent and dedicated medical team. At all times, while in their care, my sense was that they were guided by sound and fully well informed medical judgments and that my well being, safety and recover were top most in their minds. I consider myself exceedingly fortunate to have been in their care!

Let me start off by expressing the lack of concern or urgency at St Ann EMERGENCY room. I came to this ER with extreme virus of some sort that gave me lack of mobility on the sides and back on my neck. Upon arrival I was not given the ability to sit while I got checked in (Red flag 1). I was also put into a triage room that had an upright uncomfortable chair and was extremely cold due to the room being at the front of the lobby. From the moment I entered the emergency room the staff was very warm and friendly. I had fallen on the ice and had hurt my wrist. I thought maybe it might be broken, and so did the nurse. But the x-ray showed that it was only a bad sprain and bruised. Everyone there was very kind and caring and knowledgeable about what I needed to help me. I would definitely recommend Saint Anne’s to anyone who is visiting the The Westerville area such as I was.

I was brought in by squad from a music venue because someone hit me and my head hit the ground. I also had other injuries but that was the worst. When I arrived at the ER, they didnt donan MRI or CAT scan, they xrayed my chest and shoulder and sent me home. I do not recommend going to this hospital if you want someone to ACTUALLY care about your well being.
