The overall 3.9 star rating is absolutely incorrect. This place is full of god's angels. My mentally disabled mother is very hard to deal with. However, the entire staff calmed her nerves, provided us water, and plenty of smiles with open arms. The care was efficient and effective. My mother went in hating everything. However, she left smiling and happy she showed up to her appointment. My only hope is that all other health care facilities will follow the example set by this magnificent health care facility. Best facility for mammograms and biopsies. You can not go wrong choosing to be a patient here. The staff is outstanding from the time you schedule your visit, until you walk out the door, you are treated with efficient, courteous, compassionate care. Practically no wait for your appointments- clean and comfortable changing rooms and robes provided, everything is explained and if you have questions, nerves, or any fears (like I had my first appointment) I can assure you that you will be happy you chose The Women's Center. I am truly disappointed. I brought my mom here to have imaging done. We arrived at 11:30 am. her appointment was at 1 p.m. O'CLOCK. I tried to sign my mom in for her appt. The lady at the front desk refused to sign her in and told me she had to speak with my mom, which was in the restroom. The receptionist didn't even take her current images. We foundly was taken back at 12:30p, then we're told it was going to be a while on uploading the images in addition to finding out what other images they needed to do. This is by far un... read more
Very disappointed in the "care" I received and the treatment I got from 2 supervisors. I went there for a follow up test and even though the test i had done had a normal result they tried bullying me into having additional tests done " just to be sure".. that would cost thousands out of pocket and because I refused that additional test they treated me horribly and wouldn't go over the results from the test that I actually had done that day because I wouldn't consent to their other tests.
Always had mammography exam here and staff are exceptional! They care about your comfort. Process is very efficient from intake to examination. Option of checking in via phone prior to your appt. for your convenience. Nice, comfortable environment w- tea/coffee while waiting. The narrative reviews are not toward the mammography center.
