Scared out of my mind, I went in yesterday 7/16/2024 for a mammogram and ultrasound. From the moment that I was greeted when walking in, to the moment that I was led back to my dressing room, I felt at ease. Every single person that I dealt with in this facility was kind and compassionate. The lounge where you sit to wait for your testing is absolutely calm and beautiful. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I know that this is where I'll choose for all of my annual exams.
My friend made an obgyn appointment 3 weeks ago and went in today, she had proof of call and they have her updated chart with her new adresss? But they said they never talked to her ever, none of them did, even tho she had proof they called her and they talked and an appointment was made . They looked at her like she was crazy. Way to help a pregnant woman. This place needs shut down its ridiculous
Grove City location. Absolute worst experience my wife has ever had. Rude, inconsiderate, lack of compassion. Incompetent scheduling took 2.5 weeks to get her in for imaging while she was in extreme pain. They changed the schedule 3 times. The imaging tech was completely indifferent to her description of where the pain was. They failed to perform 2 imaging orders that had been discussed with them at least 3 times prior to her appointment and which were scheduled. A grade of minus 10 would not be low enough. This location is very unprofessional. My portal notes read that a radiologist spoke with me about my diagnostic mammogram and ultra sound (total of two each). A radiologist did not speak with me. If I ask questions, I'm advised to speak with my doctor...um what doctor is there? And they have not given me a plan, just come back, spend more of you money, more time, more of my insurance company's money. Try to find a different facility if possible for your advanced screening needs.
The registration staff and the staff doing the mammogram were very professional and courteous. The facility was very clean. They do an excellent job and are always prompt with getting you in prior to your actual appointment time. I highly recommend the Grove City location. Felt very safe and felt assured the staff and facilty go above and beyond to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Kudos to your staff!
