The space agency s easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking and lots of accessible spaces and entry points. The staff is always friendly and make an unpleasant mammogram experience better by their caring approach. The space is well maintained and a nice waiting area after changing with plenty of seating options and broken up so no one is on top of another person.
Miranda called me re: my Jan 28 appt for a mammogram. She was very nice and when I asked to reschedule due to the weather, she quickly gave me other dates and times. SHE WAS VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND JUST PLAIN ‘NICE’. Hard to find in this day and age…
I had to have a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound this week, and this office was absolutely amazing. Neither of those appointments are particularly comfortable and it's an extremely weird process, but the staff was incredible. They gave very clear instructions and information throughout the appointment and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will absolutely be back if/when I need any other procedures done. Highly recommend!!
The staff were most professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The registration staff members Loretta and Gloria did an excellent job of easing some concerns and making a somewhat nerving visit a lot less troubling. I think they deserve a special acknowledgement and kudos for the part they played.
Saturday morning mammogram! Extremely clean facility and friendly staff. Telephonic Preregistration before the appointment makes getting a mammogram take less than 20 minutes from walking in the door to back out. If you ever need follow-up testing, a thorough explanation before scheduling a test is provided. I am always asked a couple of times if I have any questions, so all concerns are addressed.
