They were well prepared to fix the problem and took the time to show me how to possibly fix the problem myself in the future. They did not quote me before they charged me 2k. I am devastated! They did come down on price to 1475 but I did not plan to spend this. . It is truly destroying my finances. The person said they would come let all the Freon out and remove the valve because I questioned why it was so high the and called themselves a good Christian man. This truly has been such a tough experience. Please be cautious
