Stay away from this place if you want access to your property. Numerous times in the last 4-5 months we have had issues with their app when it would glitch out and not let you log in ("try again later") and it wont let us in to the unit. The worst part is that no one is ever actually at the property and when you call their "after hours" number there is usually no answer. I really like that everything is brand new and that it can be accessed 24-hours a day without the need for keys. Having the app is super convenient! The only drawbacks for me is the monthly cost. With little options in the area, we don't have much of a choice, but that doesn't mean exorbitant fees should be charged. Also, on the backside at entry door #3, it would be really helpful if there was a way to build some type of windscreen because the wind howls through that part of the facility. The storage unit is great, very clean, and really nice property, convenient, and well-situated. The real advantage of this operation is the manager, Matt Graef. He is thoughtful, efficient, personable, and a terrific representative of the business. Matt presents the business in the best possible light, he is a pleasure to deal with and makes you feel important and appreciated.
