We have been loyal customers for many years now, and would not even consider switching agencies. Our business is dependent on a very complex policy, and Steve manages it with ease. Steve continues to overcome any challenging circumstance we throw at him. We were referred to him by a good friend that continues to be a loyal customer, and we have referred Steve to many other small business owners. I am not sure 5 stars are enough.
Alex and his team at Mountain Insurance are great! He has answers to all my questions, and if he doesn't have the ansnwer right away, he spends the time to get me that answer in a timely manner. He even found a way to get us better coverage and save us a few bucks. The Colorado insurance market is in no shortgage of volatility lately, so it is good to know I have a trusted partner to help my family navigate our policies as it relates to our ever changing needs. I would highly recommend giving him a call!
I would give Mtn. Insurance a 5 star if all of the agents were like Micki Weeder (my agent.) We have worked with Micki for a long time. She is very knowledgeable and always answers the phone when I call. Micki insures my personal and commercial policies. She will proactively 'shop' my policy to gain me the best prices/coverage. I have referred her many times. She was out of the office one time that I needed a bond, but the other agents couldn't figure out how to help me in a timely manner.
