Alex and his team at Mountain Insurance are great! He has answers to all my questions, and if he doesn't have the ansnwer right away, he spends the time to get me that answer in a timely manner. He even found a way to get us better coverage and save us a few bucks. The Colorado insurance market is in no shortgage of volatility lately, so it is good to know I have a trusted partner to help my family navigate our policies as it relates to our ever changing needs. I would give Mtn. Insurance a 5 star if all of the agents were like Micki Weeder (my agent.) We have worked with Micki for a long time. She is very knowledgeable and always answers the phone when I call. Micki insures my personal and commercial policies. She will proactively 'shop' my policy to gain me the best prices/coverage. I have referred her many times. She was out of the office one time that I needed a bond, but the other agents couldn't figure out how to help me in a timely manner. Nick Krupka has saved us a ton of money by finding us the best deals. When my daughter turned 16 our insurance company wanted to charge a fortune. Nick found us a policy to cover all our vehicles and got it cheaper than we were paying before adding a 16-year-old driver. He is always very fast to respond to any questions you may have.
