Today was my first time visiting this place. The doctor who became my family physician is Dr. Michel Sharifi, She listened to me with great attention..It is a wonderful place—very spacious and very clean. The young woman who checked me in was very friendly, and Ms. Garcia, who escorted me to the blood-draw lab, was very courteous. In Lab, there were two pleasant employees at the lab too,she took my blood without any pain at all .The staff at the reception desk were also very pleasant. I really liked this place.🩷
I have been going to this facility for close to a year, and Dr. Michelle Sharifi has been one of the most caring physicians I've ever had. She takes the time to listen, thoroughly discusses my health concerns, and genuinely works to find the underlying cause of my symptoms rather than just treating them. Staff was friendly and the check in process for a new patient was quick and easy. I preferred talking to a real person as opposed to using the kiosks to check in. The on-site lab facilities make it very convenient to get bloodwork and the results come back fast.
One of the worst experiences we’ve had in a medical facility. Tried establishing care for our kids. The nurses, behavioral specialists, and other staff were kind, respectful, and professional. However, Priscilla Lemus NP was extremely rude and unprofessional to my wife and family. Everybody was friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. It was a great experience. My doctor is very thorough doesn't rush through the visit.
