I had an excellent experience with the Gynecology Department at Mountain Park Health Center. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I am extremely disappointed with the care and lack of respect for my time at this hospital. I had an appointment scheduled for **2:30 PM**, an appointment I had waited **an entire month** to get. I arrived early, checked in at **2:25 PM**, and was called back almost immediately. I started coming here last November when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. I had a bad experience with Janet at my first OB appointment. When I asked her questions, she lazily googled everything on her phone and read what it said. The answers weren’t always clear either, so when I asked for clarification she just showed me the phone. Idk what's going on with her appt times but I kept being seen an hour past my appt time, if I'm going to wait an hour later what's the point of a an appts time? It didn't matter if I showed up early. I didn't even get seen after waiting 40 mins I just left even though other patients were getting called before that showed up after me.
I was referred to this provider by my primary care doctor and left the appointment feeling very disappointed. I waited more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and once the doctor came in, the visit felt rushed from the start.
