Not fun and a waste of 300.00 Water pressure is zero. Having gum on the bed post. Having no Wi-Fi so I could not work when my kids went to sleep. And checking out a day early to a no refund. Horrible and terrible. Nothing.

We are located on top of a mountain so our Wi-Fi you are correct is not the best, but we are a mountain getaway so it's the price of staying in a mountain paradise. very disappointed, felt like the advertisement for it was misleading. room was not worth 255.00 for two nights. staff wa the room was dirty, cobwebs in every corner, ants on the walls. dirt and leaves all on the floor between the beds . I liked the secenic feel about it.

very poor the room was not clean. there was excessive moisture coming up from the floor causing puddling of water. mountainous terrain and views

Fair THE FLOOR WAS FILTHY!!! It was not indicated upon check in that housekeeping services were not provided. The welcome book it was provided , there was a sign on back of toilet that if you wanted to reuse towel to hang or if you need new to leave on floor AND there was an envelope for a tip!! This wouldn’t have been a problem had information been accurate and we had been informed. We were gone all day and was late when we got back so we had no clean towels or coffee.

Good stay but would like a better job in cleaning service I didn’t like the dirtiness of the bathroom. There was a lot of long hair in the shower drain. Mildew in the shower and soap scum on the wall. A beautiful bathroom but not cleaned properly and that’s the most important part to Me It was very nice hotel and setup. Pretty decor and good location. After hours was easy to get key and room.

Fair Beautiful view and the lodge was pretty. Floor was not mopped or cleaned. Our feet were black after walking on the floor. No hot water in the shower, hair dryer didn't work and the air only blew out of left side of the air conditioner.

Everything was going great until we discovered there was no hot water for the hot tub and no hot water for the shower. T No staff on duty after certain hours Very clean and well manicured
