Where to begin? Do you want consistency in office staff? Don't rent here if you want a new office manager every 6 months. If you use cannabis as a medication don't rent here because they don't believe you should use it anywhere on property. You can't smoke, vape, have it in your possession even with a medical card. They apparently want you to suffer. They say your rent is between 1500-1700 a month go ahead and add an extra 200 to that. The only thing that keeps us here is the maintenance team!! I have found my new home! As a walk in guest Sarah greeted me right away and showed me the unit I was interested along with all of the amenities. She was very knowledgeable and kind and made me feel welcome right away! I immediately applied and hand an answer within an hour. Sarah quickly annswered any last minute questions I had when I called or emailed.
Great unit, great community, great staff. I am disappointed I didn't live here longer!!! Life took me out of the neighborhood but I would've been thrilled to make this place my home for years. We'll miss living here and we are thankful for a pleasant experience during our time here.
Please beware before you lease. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and my newest lease renewal offer was $1595 for the smallest 1 bed 1 bath. I am not renewing and it is currently advertised at $1386. This was my first home and it is SICKING for this to be a reality. Please know that they do not care to keep good tenants, and they have proved to continue to only increase rent for those who renew their lease, not bring it back down to market price.
