The apartment maintenance team is amazing and responds quickly with professionalism. The thing that makes these apartments horrible though is that we have reported to the apartment staff for over 6 months with multiple complaints about marijuana smoking of our neighbors and how it is affecting me and my wife's health. We lived here for roughly 3 years. Move-in was a breeze and like other families around the area, we were military. Management changed hands quite a few times during this time. People stopped picking up after their pets, people leave their pets on their patio in 90° heat. Parking is a pain in the ass and you get 1 car per unit, you cannot buy another spot for a second vehicle, you must park in guest and people are like vultures for the spots. Where to begin? Do you want consistency in office staff? Don't rent here if you want a new office manager every 6 months. If you use cannabis as a medication don't rent here because they don't believe you should use it anywhere on property. You can't smoke, vape, have it in your possession even with a medical card. They apparently want you to suffer. They say your rent is between 1500-1700 a month go ahead and add an extra 200 to that. The only thing that keeps us here is the maintenance team!! I have found my new home! As a walk in guest Sarah greeted me right away and showed me the unit I was interested along with all of the amenities. She was very knowledgeable and kind and made me feel welcome right away! I immediately applied and hand an answer within an hour. Sarah quickly annswered any last minute questions I had when I called or emailed.
