Our elderly dad was sent to Mountain View Care center for skilled nursing/physical therapy. Initially he did not want to go or be there but as the days went by he grew to really like it. He has nothing but praise for all the employees who cared for him there and has already stated that if he has to go back to a nursing home he wants to go there. We want to thank everyone who cared for and interacted with our dad. It really helped him adjust and improve his physical condition greatly.

Stayed there for a few weeks. Nurses and CNA's are magnificent. The wonderful physical and occupational therapists got me able to walk again in that short time. The Residents are friendly and in the short stay I had we started to become family. The problems are in some of the management. The caretakers, the therapists are what makes this a 5 star facility. They are all about getting better. The staff that I was aquatinted with were so supportive in every way.. They got me back on my feet.

My mother J. Moore has had her blanket missing for 3 weeks now. They say that they can't find it. She also has several clothing items missing they can't find either. The clothing items all had her name on them. The quality of the food is not so great either. The staff are great and helpful.

I don’t have a lot to say bad about this place but I am concerned about the food they are serving. My dad is a resident there and this has been the breakfast he has been given on numerous occasions. I have had to bring him food from where I work because either what they give him is burnt and nasty or it’s not enough. I am not happy about the way he is being fed at this facility. My mom unfortunately had been in and out of different places for over two years, for a while we tried getting her strength back and I’d try to care for her at home , I tried three different times and she fell on me. So we ended up here, and it is the best place she has been. The care and compassion the staff has for our loved ones is so reassuring and takes worry off of me. I’m so thankful for their good work.
