I had a flyer in the mail which prompted a phone call, as I happened to be looking for a nearby dentist. I am new to the area and from Phoenix, AZ so not quite familiar with many businesses out here. I called the dental office, and with a friendly greeting from the other end, (yes, this was a live human) they were able to get me seen the next day, for an assessment. I had a wonderful experience. The consultation was pretty thorough. I have issues with the tools touching my teeth and are sensitive. I've been to other places and have always requested sedation. I know what I need done and expressed to them my concerns and sensitivity issues and they happily understood and took the time to make me comfortable. I didn't feel forced with anything. I cannot express enough how pleasant my experience was at Mountain View Dentistry. The entire staff, along with Dr. Marshall, were exceptional. As someone who is always anxious about dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised at how they made my experience great. Their thorough and gentle approach truly made a difference. I highly recommend Mountain View Dentistry to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.
Cannot say enough about this place and their amazing staff! Dr. Marshall and his assistant made my teeth extraction nice and smooth. Office staff was so friendly and made sure I got my prescriptions on time! I used to be afraid of the dentist, but this place has been a God sent.🩷 so thankful for them all!
I have been to this facility twice since I moved to Rio Rancho. The service is friendly and worry free. They have state of the art equipment and it’s very clean and tidy. I would recommend you and your family to go here.
