Update: I was called this morning by a wonderful woman whose name I promptly forgot (I’m so sorry) and she helped to get me in immediately for an appt. I am truly grateful they were able to help and took this seriously for me. I definitely felt heard. I have waited 2 months from the time I saw my PA at AdventHealth, for this surgical consult that was supposed to happen tomorrow 11/26. The receptionist was very professional and very nice gave me time to fill up all my paperwork with no rush. The doctor's assistant was wonderful. And the doctor himself took the time to really listen to my issues. And was able to figure out how to take care of my health issue. And wanting to do that as soon as possible. I came to Mountain View Surgical Associations to discuss a possible surgery. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor explained the procedure and listened to my concerns. I was very impressed with this group.
We had a great experience from start to finish. The office staff were welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Knudtson was attentive, thorough, and addressed all of my questions.
Dr. Knudtson, Abby, and the front desk team were all wonderful. Abby was very professional and friendly. She clearly knows her subject very well. Dr. Knudtson was straight forward, honest and efficient. I highly recommend Mountain View Surgical Associates!
