Been a member of multiple gyms in the area and this takes the best of all of them and combines them. Great location, not crowded. Great price smoothies, great gym equipment. Reasonable priced membership for the luxurious offferings. 10/10
Mountainside fitness on Brown and Greenfield is an amazing gym and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable atmosphere to begin working out in! The facilities are clean and the upkeep of the machines is great, plus they have complimentary towels which is definitely a plus!

Absolutely love this place. Always clean, employees great. Childcare is incredible. We have an LA Fitness 5 minutes away from our house but the childcare is terrible. Love love love this place!

I have been coming to this Mountainside for more than 10 years. I love the Staff including all the great instructors and trainers. I have also visited other newer Mountainsides. This is an older gym but lately they are making a lot of upgrades/improvements. The newly created Yoga Studio is very well decorated with beautiful lighting and sound system. Clean and well run facility, friendly staff and nice range of classes. Great for families! I bring my 2 children ages 6 and 2 here and they love it. Makes working out so much easier when I know they are in a safe place. Signed up for month to month before we commit to the 18 month program but so far it has been a breeze coming here as a family.
Horrible service with billing I asked to stop billing until further notice. It did not happen I realized 10 months later $2,400 that I was being billed . They said I should have signed a paper which they did not offer. No compassion, they dont care about the customer only their money.
Let me just preface this long, NEGATIVE review with the fact that my girlfriend and I have been coming to Mountainside Fitness for over 9 years. She had a membership before we met and when we met she had been going for 6 years. She talked me into joining, so I joined. Now we're at 9 years. The first "issue" we had, which really wasn't so much of an issue as it was a failure on MSF to stand by their word, happened a couple years ago. This gym is amazing and I'd recommend it to anybody, a beginner or a veteran in lifting. I have gone here with friends and family and they all have said good things about it.
