they breached their contract by not providing services for months. Then they want to enforce the agreement for payment, for a service I stopped using when they shut all their locations. you lost a customer for life charging me 150 dollars for a service I am not willing to use during a pandemic. I have now canceled and I will not return ever. Unethical companies must fail.

I just signed up for the gym three days ago so this was only my third day working out. I was hesitant signing up because I have an extremely clingy two year old. They assured me she will be okay and their child care staff is amazing and great with kids. Well, my third day at the gym I dropped my kids off and yes my daughter cries but she eventually stops with the proper care. When u go in there nobody talks to you not very friendly I use to go to Eios fitness they had the best customer service !! I pay a a lot for my membership feel they should be was friendly !!
Stay far, far away. Not only is it crowded and the equipment frequently broken, but management is horrible. Tonight, I was threatened with assault by a member and the "Assistant Manager", Bekah, didn't even ask him to leave despite multiple complaints. There are gyms with more equipment and better management for far less money. Save some of your money and go someplace else.
I LOVED this location and found new friends, here, but found the free weight area to be less than friendly. The patrons were quite rude, knowing you were waiting to get in a set or two, they took up residency, then used passive aggressive behavior to get you to get OFF when they wanted to use THAT piece of equipment. The attitude of Management? NOT COOL....but did NOTHING about it...so the offender met me in the parking lot and threatened me. I never went back. If management behaves this way, so will the patrons! The gym itself is ok & my trainer I worked with was new but professional. With that said the fitness manager - TJ was very unprofessional. The way he handled himself (just observing overall behavior), his lack of professionalism & any customer service was non-existent. Once they have you locked in, you are a number & a source of money. Trying to cancel personal training has been a poor & rigorous experience and unfortunately affects my opinion of the gym in totality. One person can do this.
Gyms looks ok but they don't keep up with the maintenance on the treadmills very well
