As a recent patient of Dr. Mountcastle the initial visit was at his office. He evaluated the problem I was having. He checked through all of the medical records I sent to him - which were extensive - and that information helped him to determine the care I needed. I went to see the doctor for a cyst removal on my inner thigh. The scheduling process was very smooth and fast. The surgery itself was completely painless. Dr. Mountcastle was highly professional, informative, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them!
Super pleased with my experience with Dr. Mountcastle and his office! Although, I have not made an appointment, I feel inclined to write a review for Becky, patient care coordinator at the front desk. She is such a gem! She was super sweet, kind and has a great outgoing personality. She addressed my concerns and we shared a couple of giggles which was coupled with her professionalism. My first appt here was great. Everyone from the front staff, to the nurses, to the doctor himself were so kind. It feels like a positive work environment & that creates a very welcoming experience. The nurse that I was with, Kristen I believe was her name, made me feel so comfortable & calmed my nerves. She was fantastic!! I’m so happy I found this office.
