We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mountcastle and Sarah today. My 9-year-old needed a minor procedure and was understandably very nervous, but from the moment we walked in, everyone — from the front desk staff to Dr. Mountcastle and Sarah — was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mountcastle today. I sought him out to address an issue from a prior procedure done elsewhere, and he handled everything with confidence, skill, and professionalism. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained the plan, and resolved the issue efficiently, which was a huge relief. Dr. Mountcastle and his staff are awesome! They have worked with me to schedule various procedures and have been so helpful and accommodating. Three years ago he did a Pilar cyst removal and another plastic surgeon couldn’t even find the scar! Recently, he did another Pilar cyst removal, a Mohs closure and two vein ablations for me. Everything has healed so nicely and I’ve had great results. His staff is helpful and easy to work with, and he’s clearly an expert at what he does - I feel very confident under his care!
Dr. Mountcastle is a great doctor, combining great knowledge, experience and attention to detail. Also, he is always very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The staff at the surgery center as well as at the spa is always very kind and professional. I will always recommend them.
This place is amazing ! Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. Dr. Mountcastle is the best. Got all the information I need and straight to the point.
