I recently had an osteoma removed and had a great experience at this office. The office was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Dr. Mountcastle took the time to explain the procedure clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I was referred to Dr. Mountcastle by Dr. Wilhelm, a fantastic podiatrist. Originally I was seeking schlerotherapy, and underwent one round of injections at the Med Spa. However, during the follow up, the Med Spa RN immediately sent me for an ultrasound — that very minute— based on some symptoms I was having. Dr Mountcastle himself did the ultrasound within 15 minutes and discussed the ablation procedure that was necessary. I had a sizable lipoma that needed removing. My dermatologist could not take it out. My primary doc recommended Dr. Mountcastle. He and his team were fabulous! I could not be happier. Didn’t need a full anesthesia, walked right out of there. Kristen was so sweet and helpful. Everything ran like clockwork and the wound has now healed so nicely. I feel better now, as it was causing pain with where it was previously located. Thank you Dr. Mountcastle!!
