I felt special, the young lady that help me deserves a raise, she certainly has your customers first, she went above and beyond in helping me, the unit I needed was taken by an on-line customer and by the time I returned with my money order, the unit was no longer available, but she searched her computer and found me a unit, that is good customer service, she could have been apologetic, but instead she found a solution, so my thanks and bravo goes out to her whom I wished I had remembered her name and my thanks goes out to ... read more
