I rented a unit and forgot all about it for a couple weeks. I called one Friday because I saw a charge on my credit card, well I found out then I actually had a storage unit. So the next day I went down to the office got me a lock and moved in. Both the telephone Representative and the Property Manage were so kind, understanding and very helpful. Great place for extra storage space.
I have had nothing but an excellent job experience with Move It Storage. I had used them since 2018. Stephanie is an absolute sweetheart to work with. She is always helpful and kind. I highly recommend the facility and the manager there!
My son rents space for his trucks at 26 Site C6 Rd, Freeport, Florida which at one time was Portland storage and is NSA brands. Would give 6 if possible as Stephanie, the manager could not be more attuned to customer needs. I have recommended this storage because of her.
This is the best and nicest storage facility in the area that I have personally been to and I have used quite a few. Stephanie went above and beyond to help me fix a self brought upon issue. And got it done in little to no time at all! I highly recommend Move it Storage to anyone!
This Move it came highly recommended by a friend of mine to store furniture and other personal items. I was having a bit of trouble on-line getting questions answered so I stopped in. Stephanie was wonderful, answered all of my questions and showed me the different units (so I made the right decision). It makes a difference to me to have a trusted contact when doing business, and Stephanie sure gets a A+ in my book.
