I rented a unit and forgot all about it for a couple weeks. I called one Friday because I saw a charge on my credit card, well I found out then I actually had a storage unit. So the next day I went down to the office got me a lock and moved in. Both the telephone Representative and the Property Manage were so kind, understanding and very helpful. Great place for extra storage space.
I have had nothing but an excellent job experience with Move It Storage. I had used them since 2018. Stephanie is an absolute sweetheart to work with. She is always helpful and kind. I highly recommend the facility and the manager there!

Stephine’s customer service was so superb. She not only gave us a bigger unit than what we had, but also helped us save money in the process. She was so patient and caring. She was a big help and I hope the owner knows what he/she has in Stephine.
This is the best and nicest storage facility in the area that I have personally been to and I have used quite a few. Stephanie went above and beyond to help me fix a self brought upon issue. And got it done in little to no time at all! I highly recommend Move it Storage to anyone!
