The manager name Valencia at Move it was awesome. She have a great attitude and always smile. She made me feel very welcome. I would recommend my friends and family to her.
The property is absolutely stunning, and the property manager is truly exceptional. Moving can be a stressful experience, but Ms. Howard made sure this aspect of my move was effortless. I felt reassured knowing that my belongings would be stored in a facility where the manager genuinely prioritizes people over profits.
I reserved a unit online when I arrived to put my items in the unit it was dirty with the previous renters belongings in them... have photos to verify. They didn't offer anything but an apology
Valencia makes u feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. Great personality. She walks you step by step when looking for the right until I would recommend her store every time 🤩
Remarkable customer service!!! Valencia was very patient and personable when assisting my mother. I really appreciate her service. She was very knowledgeable and that was so reassuring for my mother and I. Thank you!!!!!
