Went in person to inquire about a unit. In order to receive information I was asked to fill out an online form that required my banking information, I did not sign any agreements and cancelled the form after I was given pricing. The company still charged my account, when calling in for a refund they let me know that I needed to have called within 48 hours. They let me know there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. I contacted my banking institution and Better Business Bureau.
Great service, explained all facilities needs. Felt very welcomed by employee.
Came in for a storage rental. Jaine helped my mom and I, she was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend renting from Jaine!
