This was my first time renting a storage unit so I didn't know what to expect or how it worked. The facility is clean, well lit, and requires a code to get in and out. Lyzette explained everything and walked me through the process. I highly recommend this company and this specific location.
Worst place to rent at! It was dramatically better when it used to be Just a Closet with better management. Now move it storage bought it and have unpleasant staff. A big worker with fake red hair probably close to 40 claims she’s the manger but sounds like she’s lying as she is grimly unqualified. Lyzette was an amazing help! She answered all my questions and was very kind!
The facility is brand new and well maintained. I’m surprised by the level of security and temperature controlled interior units. They have exterior units for cheaper but I went with the inside, very clean. The property manager Alex was very helpful and made the process super easy. I am going to tell my friends and family to use this location because of Alex’s attention and customer service.
