Went in person to inquire about a unit. In order to receive information I was asked to fill out an online form that required my banking information, I did not sign any agreements and cancelled the form after I was given pricing. The company still charged my account, when calling in for a refund they let me know that I needed to have called within 48 hours. They let me know there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. I contacted my banking institution and Better Business Bureau.

Prompt responses, answered all my questions patiently and politely as well as taking me to see various units to see what I would need. Environment looks super secure and clean.

The facility is brand new and well maintained. I’m surprised by the level of security and temperature controlled interior units. They have exterior units for cheaper but I went with the inside, very clean. The property manager Alex was very helpful and made the process super easy. I am going to tell my friends and family to use this location because of Alex’s attention and customer service.

If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and secure place to store your extra things this is the place. There are cameras everywhere and curtesy dollys to get your things to your storage. I found they even had promotions available and the staff went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal on the type of storage I needed.
