Went in to check rates for a future move in and Libey and Vicki were very helpful and pleasant
I am extremely pleased with their service. I had a bad experience here a few years ago but gave it another try last year and i gotta say they have improved 100percent . Libby has been helpful toward me so much that i would only go to the office when shes working. But yesterday Michelle was working and she went out of her way to help me with everything i needed. The Storage unit we rented, everytime we went to close it, the door would not shut all the way, or we were not able to lock it. Then, we would need to contact an employee, and we were told that there must be something wrong with the tracking. Otherwise, our belongings were safe, untouched, dry, & just the way we left it.

Minor changes could be made but the manager is awesome (Stephanie) she tries her best to accommodate you with any problem you may occur.
