Sonia was very courteous and gracious!
Over all it was a good experience. Two things I wasn’t particularly fond of was the rapid increase in rates and the rat infestation. I was not in a temperature controlled unit, but the infestation was pretty bad.
Facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was always friendly.
Very helpful attendant.
Every one of the staff and those on the phone were wonderful. Thank you for making it easy and trustworthy.
