I will never understand how u can get units confused. I had to call police department snd fill out a police report for a robbery. It took you all 4 days to realize your mistake. This was very traumatic for me. I lost a day of work snd nights of crying and going thru a depression. Only to find out that all my things were still in the unit. And then to turn around and tell me that I had to pay or else pay a late fee. I’m glad u guys let me get my things out before getting charged.
