Great customer service.I want to take time out to express my experience and appreciation with Natasha at Move it storage. She displayed concern, friendly, great attitude. I truly made what is already a tedious move a better one. Last thing you need to come across in life is lack of customer service, seeing how the world is these days. Thank you again Natasha!

Amanda is the key. She is professional, courteous, kind and helpful. She is why I opened a second unit. I actually spoke to people at various other locations and many other storage facilities but Amanda is why I stayed with move it after the transition and she is why that’s the only place I use. It’s not updated which is some thing I didn’t like but again Amanda is an asset! Keep her happy!

If you're on autopay you best check how much they're charging you they Jack the price up if you're on autopay from what they normally rent the units for
